UPDATE ON OUR SHOPPING ASSISTANCE CAMPAIGN FOR THE ELDERLY AND VULNERABLE

Dear All,

We hope you are safe and well.

As you may know, we had recently started a shopping assistance campaign where upon your request we carry out a shopping service for essential food items and deliver them to an elderly or vulnerable resident in the local area (Hackney) with costs covered by us..

Below are the details of one of the people who made contact with us just before the Easter weekend upon learning of our service by a friend who shared the post to her.

She told us she was delighted to hear of this service as it was just what she needed for her mother. She lives in Kent and due to the covid-19 restrictions she is unable to visit her elderly mother who lives in Hackney. She emailed us her list and we then carried out the shopping and delivered the items (as shown) to her lovely mother the next day.

The daughter wrote back to us shortly afterwards saying:

"Dear Team & Courtneys,

Thank you so much. Mum just rang me and she was absolutely delighted and was not expecting so much. Hope you all have the best Easter you can in these difficult times.

Thank you also for the Easter egg that was a lovely surprise.

Please keep safe and well."

We are running this weekly campaign for the duration of the lockdown period.
